The Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) is seeking strong
candidates for a new job position - Bioenergy/Biofuels Program Coordinator.

The summary description of the position is as follows:

The Bioenergy/Biofuels Program Coordinator III will assume the
responsibilities to coordinate the successful implementation of regulations
and/or guidelines pursuant to the Clean Energy Biofuels Act of 2008,
followed by the implementation and administration of the biofuels program.
The Coordinator will focus particularly on the development or adoption of
appropriate protocols and procedures for establishing the eligibility of
biofuels as per the criteria in the Act, as well as developing the program
structure, procedures, and launch for the biofuels consumption mandates in
the transportation and heating sectors consistent with the Act. The
Coordinator will also assume responsibilities to support the Department’s
programs in biomass energy including efforts to promote sustainable biomass
fuel supplies from Massachusetts forests and other sources, and public
outreach and support for biomass electric, thermal, and combined heat and
power project development around the Commonwealth.
